Friday, Sept. 3rd:
5:00pm - 7:00pm - VIP Welcome Party

Free to vendors, VIPs, Sponsors and Organizing Committee.

Saturday, Sept. 4th:
The Signature Event
4:00pm – 8:00pm – Key West BrewFest
Location: South Beach at Southernmost Beach Café where the Atlantic meets Duval!
Beer Tastings, Food by Southernmost Beach Café and Entertainment by Toko Irie
$20 Admission
Sunday, Sept. 5th:
6:30pm – 8:30pm – Samuel Adams Beer Dinner
Location: Southernmost Beach Café
$50 plus tax + gratuity
DinnerMenu
First Course: Blackened Shrimp over arugula with blue cheese crumbles, fresh strawberries, toasted almonds, and a citrus vinaigrette. Paired with Sam Adams Irish Red.
Second Course: A chilled Maine Lobster gazpacho, next to a basil foccacia and buffalo mozzarella press. Paired with Sam Adams Cream Stout.
Third Course: Hoppy steamed clams, with fennel and chorizo sausage. Paired with Sam Adams Latitude 48.
Fourth Course: Beer braised short ribs, over sweet corn polenta and proscuitto wrapped asparagus. Paired with Sam Adams Boston Lager.
Fifth Course: Grilled Swordfish over andouille and apple risotto topped with a citrus drizzle. Paired with Sam Adams Summer Ale.
Sixth Course:
Dark chocolate lava cake with cherry ice cream and basil crème anglais. Paired with Sam Adams American Kriek & Black Lager.
